Back in April, I boarded a train heading North to Aviemore and learnt why so many people fall in love with the Scottish Highlands.

In 2019, I was fortunate enough to spend two weeks in Hungary, exploring the diverse and beautiful landscapes and meeting some of the local wildlife.
